The ranking is based on full time enrollment cost of attendance at public four year colleges or universities. The cost of attendance is based on room and board, tuition, fees, books, and transportation for in state full time graduate students living on campus who will start the program in Fall 2015. #1. Cameron University

Lawton, Oklahoma is the home of Cameron University a four year public university. The school was established in 1908 as an agricultural school which today offers over 50 degrees through it’s various educational programs. Cameron is part of the NCAA Division II and participates in the Lone Star Conference.
